Cynthia Lee

Ms. Cynthia Lee brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a significant focus on the cruise sector since 1994 .She began her career in cruise sales and marketing with Star Cruises for the Malaysian market, later expanding her portfolio to include Dream Cruises and Crystal Cruises under Genting Cruise Lines.

In 2022, Cynthia played a pivotal role in the successful launch of Resorts World Cruises, where she led the establishment of the sales team in Malaysia. Her sales leadership was also instrumental in the transition and rebranding efforts that led to the creation of the all-new StarCruises and Dream Cruises under the StarDream Cruises brand, launched in March 2025.
