Constance Seck is the Regional Director, Sales & Marketing APAC for Scenic Group, overseeing the sales and marketing strategies for Scenic Cruises and Emerald Cruises. Based in Singapore, Constance leads a dedicated team focused on driving growth across key markets, including China, Japan, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian countries.

With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury cruise industry, Constance has established herself as a seasoned leader in the sector, specializing in working with High Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) travel partners and guests. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles, including her tenure at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH), where she played a crucial role in enhancing brand presence and fostering customer loyalty within the Asia markets.

In addition to her expertise in the cruise industry, Constance has significant experience in luxury hotel management, consortia management, and travel agency operations.
